Meet my #alterego
Bonjour!
How are you my fashion lovers? Ready for another story?
Well, I’ve always loved to find different ways to express my creativity. When I was young I used to sing or paint, later on I’ve discovered fashion! That was the moment when I finally felt that my creativity was properly used. I started to dream with my eyes wide open. All the dreams I had, all my favorite songs, books, movies, I put them into fashion.
At the beginning, I was quite an introvert mainly due to the fact that my colleagues were making fun of my outfits and they called me “fashion week”. It was difficult for a 14 years old girl to understand that she was actually an influencer. Soon, I’ve started a fashion movement in my high school. All the girls started to wear outfits similar to the outfits I wore. From that moment I have realized that this is the path I should follow…sharing my ideas about fashion, my life experiences and always keep on finding new ways to inspire the people around.
All my outfits depend on the mood I have during that day. Sometimes I prefer to wear a pair of jeans and a shirt, sometimes I feel like a Hollywoodian diva and I wear long velvet dresses, sometimes I feel like a rockstar and I wear a lot of leather… I love clothes! I love style! I love fashion!
You don’t have to follow a trend, or a style. The most important is to adapt the trends and the styles to your personality, to have a trademark, to be REMARKABLE.
Few weeks ago, while I was in Paris for the Fashion Week, I was lucky enough to meet a great photographer. His name is Nate Chinchilla and he was born in California. He finished his studies and traveled to Paris to find the inspiration, the muses. He felt in love with the Parisian atmosphere and he was absolutely convinced that nothing compares to Eiffel Tour during the night or the beautiful streets around Bastille area.
I’ve never worked with a Californian photographer before, but I knew that this photoshoot had to be unique! I chose to forget about my lovely curls and my #princesslike attitude. There’s also a strong, sensual, rebel woman who lays inside. It’s about time for you to meet my alter-ego.
When Nate first saw me, he barely recognized me. No more curls but short brunette hair, glamorous sunglasses and a huge kimono accessorized with a Moschino belt and a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti boots. His first words? OMG, you look exactly like the actress from the movie Pulp Fiction, Fabienne. Probably because of the hairstyle?
My advice, don’t be scared of what other people may think about you! Follow your instincts, follow your dreams, be who you want to be! Meet your alter-ego, let the truest form of yourself come out and see the light.
